Engineering Manager

My Cork based client who is going through a rapid growth phase is looking to add an Engineering Manager to their team.

This role’s focus will be to manage Engineering teams in the delivery of an Enterprise platform for Internal Communications and Employee Engagement.

You will work closely with your peers in Engineering, Architecture and Product Management to:

• set priorities
• plan work in quarterly increments
• track, report and demonstrate progress to key milestones
• respond to shifting priorities, demands, impediments and performance issues
• drive improvements in Agile processes
